How long does the migration take?
Most migrations are completed within 48 hours of receiving access to your ActiveCampaign and GHL accounts. If you have a lot of data or a more complicated setup it may take a little longer — I'll give you a timeframe upfront.
Will I lose any data during the migration?
No. I perform a full post-migration audit to verify that all contacts, deals, notes, and custom fields have been transferred accurately. Plus I keep a backup until approved so nothing gets left behind.
Do I need to cancel ActiveCampaign first?
No — please keep your ActiveCampaign account active! After the migration is complete and verified you can cancel it, and even then I recommend waiting a few weeks just in case something doesn't work as expected as you learn to use GHL.
What about my automations and workflows?
Automations aren't included in the $299 fixed-fee migration, but I can recreate (and improve!) them in GHL for a custom-quoted fee. We'll discuss this on our call.
Do you need my ActiveCampaign login?
I'll need API access or temporary login credentials, to both ActiveCampaign and your GoHighLevel account. All access is handled securely, and I'll walk you through it.
Can you help me set up other parts of GHL?
Absolutely. I'm an experienced HighLevel specialist and can help with funnels, automations, calendars, and more. Just ask!
Is there a way to get a discount?
